This policy explains what Usual collects and why.
Business owners
We store your email address, your business details and the loyalty card you design. We do not collect payment details.
Card members
When someone joins a loyalty card we store the first name they enter, their visit and reward history for that business, and, if they add the card to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, the device identifiers those services need to deliver updates. We do not ask members for email, phone or passwords.
How we use data
Only to run the service: showing balances, delivering Wallet updates and campaign messages a business sends, and producing statistics for that business. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting) and Apple and Google (Wallet delivery).
Retention and deletion
Owners can delete their account and all related data from Settings. Members can remove the card from their Wallet at any time and ask the business or us to delete their data.
