Terms of Service

The service

Usual lets businesses create digital loyalty cards that their customers save to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet or the web, and lets businesses stamp, reward and message those customers.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content of your loyalty cards and campaigns.

Price

The service is currently free. If we introduce paid plans, we will notify you at least 30 days in advance and you will be able to export or keep your members before any charge applies.

Any future payments will be processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which will act as Merchant of Record.

Cancellation

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from Settings.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to send spam, misleading offers or unlawful content, or to collect customer data without a lawful basis. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
